Shipping policy

At ZUACS, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping information for every order. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Area
ZUACS ships orders from our U.S. fulfillment facilities to the following locations:
- The 48 contiguous United States
- Washington, D.C.
We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
- Other locations outside the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
2. Shipping Rates
ZUACS does not offer free shipping at this time.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the package weight and dimensions. For certain large or bulky packages, the shipping charge may be determined using dimensional weight or other applicable carrier requirements.
Our standard shipping rates are:

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For products with unusually large package dimensions or special shipping requirements, additional shipping charges may apply. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before the order is shipped.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day will generally begin processing that business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends or U.S. holidays, will generally begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time may be longer during periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Standard Delivery Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The estimated delivery time does not include order processing time.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Shipping Delays
ZUACS makes reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframes. However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- High shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Delivery restrictions
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and the product before disposing of any packaging materials.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, please contact us at support@zuacs.shop as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and relevant photos or other information so that we can review the issue and assist you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you need to change your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@zuacs.shop.
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an address correction or reshipment is required.
