ZUACS offers furniture and seating products designed for everyday use, including gaming chairs, office chairs, dining chairs, accent chairs, guest chairs, and recliners.

8. Shipping and Delivery

ZUACS currently ships from U.S. fulfillment facilities to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or other locations outside our stated shipping area.

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. For certain large or bulky packages, dimensional weight or other carrier requirements may apply.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day will generally begin processing that business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends or U.S. holidays, will generally begin processing on the next business day.

After processing and shipment, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

We want customers to have a clear understanding of our return and refund procedures before making a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products caused by ZUACS, applicable return shipping costs will generally be handled by ZUACS.

10. Order Changes and Cancellation

If you need to make a change to your order or request cancellation, please contact us at support@zuacs.shop as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
